Single-Day or Sustaining Co-Sponsorship Opportunities

​The mutual benefits of co-sponsorship are an enduring legacy of the VDDS. Since the inception of the concept in 1996 by Dr. Chris Bryant, then the volunteer scientific director for VDDS, the participation of companies has enabled VDDS to become a much admired and respected local society, due to the quality of its programming and its phenomenal participation by local dentists and their staff.

Option 1: Scientific Program Single Day Co-Sponsor – Live programs

• Opportunity to address program attendees at beginning of program day;

• Display table on program day;

• Logo recognition on all program day printed materials;

• Logo recognition on VDDS website;

• Verbal recognition in the scientific program host’s opening and closing comments;

• Co-sponsor amounts: $1,500 for a five hour program and $500 for a two/three hour evening program.

 

Option 2: Sustaining Co-Sponsor – Live programs

$1,500 level:

• Opportunity to address program attendees at beginning of a scientific program day;

• Display table on program day;

• Logo recognition on all program day printed materials;

• Logo recognition on VDDS website;

• Verbal recognition in the scientific program host’s opening and closing comments;

• And logo recognition in program reminder emails to VDDS members;

• Commitment to sustain this level of co-sponsorship for a total of three years (at $1,500 per year).

$3,000 level:

• $1,500 level benefits, plus:

• VDDS purchases door prizes on the co-sponsor’s behalf, for each of the annual five VDDS member business meetings and three social events, and are acknowledged verbally;

• The $3,000 option allows for maximum exposure to VDDS members;

• Commitment to sustain this level of co-sponsorship for a total of three years (at $3,000 per year).

 

Option 3: Scientific Program Single Day WEBINAR Co-Sponsor

• Opportunity to address program attendees at beginning of the webinar – option of having your camera on and can share your screen;

• Logo recognition on host screen during the break;

• Logo recognition on all promotional materials;

• Logo recognition on VDDS website;

• Verbal recognition in the scientific program host’s opening and closing comments;

• Co-sponsor amounts: $750 for a five hour program and $500 for a two/three hour webinar.
