Speakers Bios:

Cheryl Landrigan is BCDA's Director of Communications & Member Education and an Accredited Public Relations (APR) professional. Cheryl’s experience and knowledge of effective communication and reputation management is highly regarded in and beyond BC. In her 11+ years with the BCDA, she spear-headed publication of BCDA’s Principles of Best Practice and presents lectures on best practices for interpersonal communication and reputation management at UBC Dental School and regional dental meetings across BC.

Angela McGowen is the Practice Advisor on BCDA’s member services team. She advises members and their staff on topics and issues such as employment standards, regulation, insurance and practice management. She is also a mediator assisting in disputes between patients and dentists.
