Speaker Bio:

Kiera Dent is a passionate soul when it comes to dentistry and changing lives. She has been a dental assistant, treatment coordinator, scheduler, biller, office manager, owner of multiple dental offices, and consultants in over 150 dental offices globally. She loves dentistry and seeing offices make massive changes through tiny, easy ways, utilizing the power of the entire team.   

She also believes that life should be LIVED and not just endured. She believes that team members see the office and life from a very different vantage point, creating massive momentum when working together as a team.   

Kiera is the owner and founder of Kiera’s Dental Consulting- a global consulting company committed to helping offices achieve their highest efficiency through ease and systems, owner and founder of the Dental A-Team- formal team training that works, Co-Host of The Dental A-Team Podcast with Dr. Mark Costes, owns multiple dental offices, and is the in-office implementing coach with the Dental Success Institute.   

Her main goal is to positively impact the world of dentistry and constantly pushes herself to hold true to this vision.  She has committed to building her businesses as FOR PURPOSE companies that give back to the communities she is part of.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 96 hours prior to the program start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations received within 96 hours of the program start time will be given a half course credit note, to be used within six months. Registrants who do not show up at the event pay full fees.
