CE: "The Yes Effect" - Communication Skills that Inspire Case Acceptance

Program Outline

This is a high-impact training experience designed to elevate the way to communicate treatment recommendations.   This program will present proves strategies that replace hesitation with confidence, comfortably overcome objections and move patients from uncertainty to "Yes”.

Participants will learn how to present clarity, emotion and purpose so patients feel understood, respected and motivated to move forward with their care.  We will explore the power of creating strong relationships before introducing the "transaction" . We will cover the language patterns, consult and operatory behaviors including pace, body language, and visual aids. This program is about creating an environment where patients want to be in your care.
