About the Program

Course Overview
This comprehensive course explores current evidence-based principles and innovative techniques in periodontal and implant therapy, integrating biological foundations, surgical and non-surgical approaches, and digital advancements in diagnostics and treatment planning. Emphasis is placed on understanding the etiology and management of periodontal disease and peri-implantitis within the context of regenerative and implant dentistry.Participants will examine emerging concepts such as host modulation, biomaterial selection, digital workflows for implant placement, and maintenance protocols that promote long-term stability. Through this lecture, clinicians will gain the confidence and precision required to deliver predictable, aesthetic, and biologically sound outcomes in modern periodontal and implant practice.
Course Objectives
1. Understand the Foundations: Explain the current understanding of periodontal disease pathogenesis, host response, and risk assessment in the context of modern treatment planning.
2. Apply Evidence-Based Diagnostics: Utilize contemporary diagnostic tools—including digital imaging, CBCT, and AI-supported software—to evaluate periodontal and peri-implant health and bone morphology.
